ABOUT

Alexandra Rumsey has her Bachelors of Fine Arts in 2D Art with a focus on Printmaking from Eastern Kentucky University, and my Masters of Fine Arts in 2D art from the Southern Illinois University of Carbondale. Outside of her arts education she previously co-owned an art gallery, Aurora Gallery and Boutique in Louisville, KY for three years, and has continued her fine arts artistic practices in the form of group and solo exhibitions. She curates group art shows as well as creating her own body of work. Alexandra co-owns Pale Moon Tattoo in New Albany, IN with her husband, Ryan Rumsey. She also serves on the board of directors for Family Ark in Jeffersonville, IN and Art Sanctuary in Louisville, KY.
